Job description???? Design & Technical Support Assist in preparing design sketches and technical specification sheets Support the design team with fabric sourcing, swatch management, and sample coordination Work on garment pattern development and mock-ups Contribute to design research and trend tracking Must be comfortable working with Excel and digital documentation ???? Sales & Client Interaction Interact with clients to understand preferences and guide styling decisions Recommend suitable fabrics, silhouettes, and customisations Assist in placing and tracking orders, maintaining client records Manage follow-ups and coordinate appointments Handle basic payments, invoicing, and lead follow-up Represent the brand with warmth and professionalism at all touchpoints ???? Studio & Operations Support Keep the studio space and consultation area organized and welcoming Manage inventory of fabrics, trims, accessories, and display items Liaise with the production team for trials, deliveries, and garment handovers Support fittings and trial coordination 0–2 years of experience in fashion design, styling, or client servicing Proficiency in Excel and ability to create clear, structured design spec sheets Strong verbal and written communication skills Interest in menswear, styling, and bespoke fashion Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Comfortable working in a luxury studio environment Work closely with the design and leadership team Learn how bespoke fashion and luxury retail operate end-to-end Be part of a growing brand that values craft, care, and conscious design
