Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 10 to 15+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role. Proven track record in leading SAP system implementation projects, including S / 4HANA migrations or upgrades. Strong technical expertise in SAP S / 4HANA, SAP NetWeaver ABAP and Java systems, SAP HANA, SAP ASE, and cloud integration scenarios. Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. SAP certifications in Basis administration or relevant areas are preferred.
Job Description – SAP BASIS
NEED IMMEDIATE JOINERS ONLY
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of SAP BASIS Developers / Administrators, providing technical guidance and mentoring.
- Interact with customers to help them understand requirements for SAP implementations, interfaces with other systems, and integrations with external partners.
- Manage end-to-end SAP system implementation projects, including planning, execution, and post-implementation support.
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in coordination with stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with project methodologies, technical standards, and quality assurance processes.
- Manage team resources, workload allocation, and performance evaluations.
- Foster a collaborative team environment focused on achieving project goals and continuous improvement.
- Provide hands-on technical support for SAP NetWeaver ABAP and Java systems, SAP HANA, SAP ASE, and other SAP products.
- Implement SAP Notes, patches, Enhancement Pack Upgrades, and Kernel Upgrades as required.
- Conduct system monitoring, performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting to maintain system integrity.
