3. Understand clients&apos gifting requirements, budget constraints, and branding guidelines to offer customized solutions that meet their needs.
4. Present and promote Open Secret&aposs product range effectively, highlighting their unique features and benefits to prospective clients.
5. Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotes, and presentations to secure new business opportunities.
6. Collaborate with internal teams, including design, production, and logistics, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery processes.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
8. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to overall company growth.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
9. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and prospecting efforts using CRM software.
