About the Role : We are seeking an
L2 Support Engineer
to join our Salesforce-based support team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuration management, release support, and quick resolution of user tickets. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional technical teams to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of production issues.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle L2 support tickets and ensure timely issue identification, resolution, and escalation.
Perform configuration management and system administration activities.
Support release management cycles, including pre- and post-deployment validations
Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline fixes and updates.
Query databases and troubleshoot issues using Salesforce tools and data models
Maintain proper documentation of incidents and resolutions for knowledge management.
Skills & Qualifications :
1–3 years of experience in L2 or application support roles.
Proficiency in
Salesforce CRM
with ability to perform queries across databases.
Knowledge of
configuration management
and
release management
processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
