Job Description

Job Description of MEP Quantity Surveyor key requirements.

• Checking of quantities of drawings vs BOQ.
• Checking of specifications mentioned in BOQ.
• Checking of quantities of all billable Material.
• Handling of billing preparations including supply, erection quantities as per JMS.
• Preparing material reconciliation statement.
• Preparing statement for NT items / extra items.
• Carrying pre and post checking.
• Need to cross check the quantities executed vs as built drawing.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering (preferred for MEP roles).
