We’re now looking for a Social Media Manager who can take full ownership of our clients’ brand presence — from content to community.
Role Overview
As a Social Media Manager , you will be responsible for managing and growing the social media presence of multiple eCommerce brands.
You’ll work closely with our creative and performance marketing teams to ensure the brand message is consistent, engaging, and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) for multiple eCommerce brands.
- Plan, schedule, and post content across all platforms using tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Later.
- Collaborate with design and video teams to develop high-quality creatives and captions.
- Build and execute monthly content calendars and campaign strategies.
- Engage with audiences, handle DMs / comments, and maintain brand voice across platforms.
- Monitor insights and performance metrics; share reports and recommendations for growth.
- Create and manage social media automations to optimize workflows and audience engagement.
- Stay updated with trends, formats, and algorithm changes across platforms.
Requirements
4–5 years of proven experience in social media management for eCommerce brands .Strong understanding of brand storytelling and performance-driven content.Experience in planning and executing monthly content calendars.Familiarity with automation tools, influencer outreach, and basic ad coordination.Excellent communication and organizational skills.A creative eye and analytical mindset to improve engagement and brand presence.Perks
