EcoMax Energy, a leading renewable energy company headquartered in Hyderabad, is seeking a dynamic Management Traineeto join our growing team. We specialize in owning, building, and operating compressed biogas (CBG) plants across India.
What You’ll Do :
- Liaison with project stakeholders including government agencies, contractors, and community partners
- Support the Managing Director in drafting proposals, reports, and regulatory documentation
- Review and verify project files, compliance documents, and operational reports
- Coordinate between engineering, operations, and business development teams
- Assist in project planning, monitoring, and execution across CBG projects
- Conduct site visits and facility assessments
- Support vendor management and procurement activities
- Prepare presentations and market analysis reports
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Assist in regulatory compliance and permit applications
- Support business development initiatives and client relationship management
