Design Assistant / Junior Designer

Location : Remote or In-person (Hyderabad)

We’re looking for a Design Assistant / Junior Designer to join our team — someone who’s curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about transforming ideas into meaningful visuals. You’ll work closely with our Creative Director to support brand strategy, design development, and creative direction across a range of projects — from visual identities and packaging to digital and spatial design.

What you’ll do :

Assist in concept development, visual research, and creative brainstorming.

Support the design process through layout design, brand collaterals, presentations, and mockups.

Collaborate on brand strategy decks and maintain visual consistency across projects.

Work on packaging and print-ready artwork with a keen eye for detail.

Manage design files, assets, and templates for internal use and client presentations.

We’re looking for someone who :

Has a strong sense of aesthetics, typography, and layout.

Is comfortable using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

Understands the balance between creativity and strategy.

Is proactive, organized, and eager to learn.

Has 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates welcome).

Nice to have :

Knowledge of Figma or Canva.

Interest in branding, packaging, or UI design.

An eye for trends and storytelling through design.
