In the context of a rich portfolio of Salesforce products, Client is seeking a Salesforce Senior Developer to join our newly established capabilities center in Pune. As the Salesforce Senior Developer, you will be at the helm of guiding technical activities within the team to follow best practices in alignment with Client’s policies. The Salesforce Platform Team is integral to our Marketing, Sales & Service applications, supporting our Global Business Units.

• Maintain existing implementations using Salesforce development skills including Apex, LWC, and Visualforce, and employ declarative solutions like Flow and Dynamic Forms.
• Transform business requirements into robust Salesforce solutions.
• Design, development, and support of Salesforce solutions using best practices in development and deployment.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Technical Architects and Product Teams to provide estimates and implement solutions aligned with business needs.
• Support maintenance teams with Incident Management and technical advisory tasks.
• Conduct technical gap analysis and develop technical design documents for complex solutions.
• Stay abreast of updates from Salesforce’s periodic releases to enhance platform use.
