Inside Sales Executive

We’re Hiring : Telecaller (English & Telugu)

Location : Marol, Mumbai (Work from Office)

Compensation : ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

We are looking for a dynamic Telecaller proficient in English & Telugu to join our team in Mumbai. This role is ideal for someone passionate about customer engagement, clear communication, and creating a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls and attend inbound queries in English & Telugu.

Explain crowdfunding services clearly and persuasively to customers.

Support fundraising campaigns with information, guidance, and customer service.

Maintain call records, follow-up schedules, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline (preferred, not mandatory).

Excellent communication in English & Telugu (Hindi is an added advantage).

1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support .

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Patience, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset.
