About the Role :

We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst with experience in real estate financial analysis and reporting. The role involves consolidating property-level financials, creating dashboards, building financial models, and supporting budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting using Yardi Voyager, Yardi Elevate, Excel, and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities :

• Consolidate and analyze property-level financial statements into corporate roll-ups.
• Prepare variance analyses, executive summaries, and performance reports.
• Build and maintain financial dashboards using Power BI and Yardi systems.
• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Reconcile data across Yardi, lender reports, and internal systems to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Asset Management, and Operations teams to streamline reporting.
• Support ad hoc analysis and reporting for senior management decisions.
