Required Technical Skill - SuccessFactors PMGM & SPCD Consultant

Must-Have

• Minimum 4 - 6 End-End-To Implementations in PMGM & SPCDP
• Should have certification in SuccessFactors Performance and Goals Management (PMGM)
• Certified in SuccessFactors Succession Planning and Development (SPCDP)
• Good Knowledge in Goal setting, Configure performance forms, goal plans, route maps, calibration templates, and continuous performance management features, Goal cascading, Group and Team Goals functionalities
• Experience with Continuous Performance Management and knowledge in 360 Degree multi rater templates
• Configure and implement succession planning tools to identify and develop future leaders. Create succession org charts, talent pools, and bench strength analysis.
• Integrate succession data with performance, compensation, and learning modules
• Knowledge in identifying the talent gaps with career paths that link to development plans and learning activities (through SAP SuccessFactors Learning)
• Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap / blueprint development
• Strong executive presence and ability to interact with Customer Top Management
