Ability to work in a 24×7 L2 support model . Strong troubleshooting abilities with a focus on detailed, methodical problem solving. Excellent analytical , communication , and reporting skills. Highly meticulous with strong attention to detail.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of IT experience specifically in BlueConic administration .
- Total of 4+ years of IT experience .
- Hands-on experience with BlueConic or similar Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) .
