We’re Hiring : Business Partner – Procurement & Analytics (Finance Focus)

Location : Hyderabad | Experience : 10–15 years

This role demands deep SAP expertise (FICO & PS), strong understanding of finance and accounting processes, and the ability to evaluate, align, and deliver initiatives that drive measurable business value.

Role Overview

As a Business Partner, you’ll collaborate closely with Finance leadership, assess initiatives for SAP standard fitment, ensure governance and compliance, and enable analytics to support smarter decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between IT and Finance / Procurement stakeholders.
Partner with VP Finance and Global Process Owners to intake, prioritize, and deliver finance-related initiatives.
Drive alignment with standard SAP processes, challenging non-standard requests when necessary.
Provide expertise in SAP FICO and PS modules—covering design, enhancements, and issue resolution.
Support integration of Finance with Procurement and other business functions.
Facilitate weekly alignment meetings with Finance leadership for transparency and prioritization.
Ensure compliance, governance, and audit readiness for finance systems.
Oversee IT service management (incidents, requests, changes) for Finance / Procurement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on analytics and reporting initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

10–15 years of experience in SAP FICO and PS.

Strong knowledge of finance processes : AP, AR, GL, Asset Management, Controlling, Project Costing.

Proven ability to evaluate initiatives against SAP standards and propose best-fit solutions.

Experience as an IT Business Partner, Business Analyst, or Service Manager in Finance / Procurement.

Understanding of Procurement and Analytics integration with Finance.

Knowledge of ITIL-based service management.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to engage senior executives.

Experience in SAP reporting and analytics (BW, SAC, BI).

Preferred

Exposure to S / 4HANA Finance and related analytics.

Certifications in SAP FICO, PS, or ITIL.

Experience in global finance transformation or integration projects.
