Role Objective :
To ideate, create, and manage engaging content that showcases BBT’s 3D, AR / VR, and tech-driven projects across all social media platforms highlighting innovation, design, and creativity.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with BBT’s creative and tech identity.
- Ideate and produce Instagram reels, LinkedIn posts, YouTube shorts, and behind-the-scenes videos .
- Collaborate with designers, 3D artists, and video editors to transform project visuals into impactful social content.
- Write captions, taglines, and storytelling copy tailored to each platform’s tone.
- Plan monthly content calendars with the marketing and BD teams.
- Stay updated on AI, immersive tech, and 3D design trends to maintain a cutting-edge brand voice.
- Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and adapt strategies accordingly.
Requirements :
1–3 years of experience in social media or content creation (agency or creative studio background preferred).Proficiency in Canva / Adobe Creative Suite / CapCut / Premiere Pro .Basic understanding of AI tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, etc.) and 3D aesthetics.Excellent writing, communication, and visual storytelling skills.Passion for design, tech, and futuristic visual content.Organized, creative, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
