We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Radiologist to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in diagnostic imaging and a commitment to providing accurate, timely, and high-quality interpretations of medical images. You will work closely with physicians and healthcare professionals to support clinical diagnoses, treatment planning, and patient care through expert image evaluation and reporting.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities :
- Interpret and analyze diagnostic images such as X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, ultrasounds, and mammograms to identify abnormalities and assist in medical diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Prepare detailed radiology reports with precise findings, conclusions, and recommendations for referring physicians.
- Collaborate with clinicians and specialists to correlate imaging results with other clinical findings, ensuring holistic patient care.
- Monitor imaging quality and provide feedback to technicians to maintain high diagnostic accuracy and consistency.
- Perform and supervise imaging procedures, ensuring adherence to safety and radiation protection protocols.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in radiologic techniques, imaging technologies, and diagnostic standards.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions, review sessions, and quality improvement initiatives within the department.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, ethical guidelines, and regulatory standards related to radiology practices.
- Train and mentor junior radiology staff or technicians as required.
Key Skills & Competencies :
Strong foundation in Radiology and Diagnostic Imaging.Expertise in interpreting CT, MRI, Ultrasound, X-ray, and Mammography results.Familiarity with PACS / RIS systems and electronic medical record platforms.Excellent analytical and diagnostic reasoning skills with high attention to detail.Strong communication and reporting abilities for effective collaboration with clinical teams.Proficient in radiation safety and patient care protocols.Ability to work efficiently in high-volume diagnostic settings.Commitment to continuous learning and adapting to new imaging technologies.Qualifications :
MBBS degree from a recognized institution.MD / DNB / DMRD in Radiology or equivalent specialization.Valid medical registration with the appropriate Medical Council.2–7 years of post-qualification experience in diagnostic radiology across modalities such as CT, MRI, Ultrasound, and X-ray.Experience in specialized areas like interventional radiology, neuroimaging, or musculoskeletal imaging will be an added advantage.
