Understand customer / user requirements and convert leads into confirmed orders by preparing detailed

technical scopes

quotations

Site Visits & Inspection

Visit customer sites for

inspection

retrofitting

upgradation

of existing machinery.

Issue Resolution

Provide effective and timely solutions to customer issues and requirements, ensuring high satisfaction and technical accuracy.

Key Skills

Strong understanding of pharma machinery operations and applications

Ability to interpret customer needs and translate them into actionable technical solutions

Experience in preparing technical documentation and quotations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions

Problem-solving mindset with hands-on experience in machine inspection and upgrades
