Job Title : ServiceNow Solutions Architect

Location : Remote (India-based – must be able to work UK business hours)

Contract : 12 months | Full-time

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solutions Architect to join a large-scale transformation programme. This role is both hands-on and consultative , requiring strong technical depth and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to design and deliver ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead requirement gathering sessions and workshops with business stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into ServiceNow workflows and technical solutions .
• Design end-to-end workflows across ITSM, HRSD, SAM, HAM, CMDB, and ITOM.
• Work closely with developers and third-party teams to guide delivery.
• Ensure best practices in ServiceNow architecture and solution design.

💰 Day Rate : Up to ₹15,000 per day (includes 10% TDS)

💻 Must use your own Windows laptop .

🕒 Full-time role | UK working hours.

📍 Remote (India based).
