Zoho Data & Reporting Analyst

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Data Analyst with proven expertise in the Zoho

ecosystem to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will play a key role in

designing and developing analytics, dashboards, and reports that empower our Sales, QC, and

Operations teams with actionable insights.

This role will focus on data-driven support by providing visibility into sales performance,

CRM activities, and inventory analysis and availability to enable smarter business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports in Zoho (CRM, Analytics,

Reports, or Creator) to provide actionable insights.

Deliver analytics to support sales performance tracking, task management, and

pipeline visibility.

Partner with the QC team to create analytics that monitor and highlight inventory

trends and availability.

Monitor and analyse CRM activity to ensure transparency and efficiency across the

sales process.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, QC, and Operations) to

understand reporting needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve data accuracy.

Present analytical findings in clear, concise, and business-friendly formats.

Qualifications & Requirements

3–4 years of professional experience working in the Zoho environment, with

hands-on expertise in building dashboards and custom reports.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and work

with large datasets.

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with SQL or database tools is an

advantage.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data in a clear and

actionable manner.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
