Key Responsibilities :
- Implement and configure Oracle Fusion Cloud EAM modules
- Manage work orders, preventive maintenance, asset tracking, and asset BOM
- Handle work request processes and integration with HR Helpdesk
- Develop and optimize OTBI and BIP reports for business insights
- Support integrations with project systems and related Oracle modules
- Work with customer assets, installed base (IB) assets, and service logistics
- Provide support and enhancements related to field service modules
- Explore and apply GenAI features in Oracle Maintenance Cloud
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution alignment with business needs
