Role Overview
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and delivering high-quality visual content across digital and print channels. This role requires strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and the ability to translate briefs into impactful creatives aligned with FNP’s brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative assets for digital campaigns, social media, website banners, emailers, and performance marketing.
- Design print collateral including packaging, brochures, in-store branding, and product labels.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Content teams to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual touchpoints.
- Adapt and optimize designs for multiple platforms (desktop, mobile, app).
- Support product photoshoots, creative direction, and editing as needed.
- Create visually appealing layouts, illustrations, and infographics.
- Ensure timely delivery of creatives within tight deadlines.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or related field.2–4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (experience in e-commerce or retail preferred).Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and understanding of visual hierarchy, color theory, and typography.Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.Good communication, time management, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications
Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or UI design.Basic understanding of product photography and styling.Experience working with lifestyle, gifting, or consumer brands.
