Consultant Child Psychologist

Role Overview :

BlossoMM Therapy, Child Counselling Centre, a sister concern of The Marriage Fit, is seeking a consultant child psychologist who can provide therapy to children and families in an empathetic and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities :

Providing treatment and counselling to children dealing with a range of Emotional and Behavioural challenges(Tentrum emotional, meltdown, etc)

Conducting psychological assessments, designing intervention plans and providing one-on-one therapy.

Applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as  Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, and Behaviour Therapy. .

Supporting families in understanding and addressing concerns about their children.

Qualifications :

Experience in  psychological assessments  for children and adolescents.

Minimum 3-4  years of experience  in child & adolescent counselling.

Proficiency in  therapeutic techniques : CBT, play therapy, and other child-focused interventions.

Fluency in Hindi and Kannada  is required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Master’s Degree (MSC) Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology.

Pay : 30,000-40,000
