We’re now looking for a Head of Marketing - a strategic, data-led leader who can define Propkee’s brand voice, scale user acquisition, and build a marketing engine that drives measurable business growth.
What You’ll Own
- Define and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy across brand, growth, performance, and partnerships.
- Lead Propkee’s positioning and storytelling across B2B (developers, brokers) and B2C (buyers, investors) segments.
- Build and manage a multi-channel growth engine spanning paid media, organic, influencer, and content marketing.
- Partner with Product and Sales to align marketing funnels with revenue outcomes - from lead generation to conversion.
- Oversee Propkee’s brand architecture, ensuring every touchpoint reinforces trust, transparency, and innovation.
- Drive data-driven decision making - measure ROI, CAC, and retention metrics through robust analytics.
- Manage agencies, creative vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence.
- Mentor and scale a high-performing in-house team - content, social, and performance.
- Act as Propkee’s brand ambassador across key developer networks, industry events, and collaborations.
Who You Are
6-10 years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles (preferably in tech, proptech, or consumer marketplaces).Proven success in building and scaling brands across digital and offline ecosystems.Strong command of performance marketing, analytics, and brand building.A storyteller with deep creative intuition - and the analytical rigor to back it up.Experience managing 7-figure marketing budgets and delivering measurable ROI.Adept at working in fast-moving, founder-led environments with high accountability.Why Propkee
