We are seeking a visionary and highly experienced Principal Solutions Architect with over 15 years of expertise in designing and implementing complex enterprise-grade solutions. This role requires a strong background in solution architecture, cloud technologies, system integration, and enterprise transformation. As a key technical leader, you will define architecture strategies, ensure alignment with business goals, and mentor cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and own end-to-end solution architectures across multiple domains.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align technology solutions with enterprise strategy.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations for digital transformation initiatives.
• Lead the design and implementation of large-scale enterprise solutions, ensuring they are robust, secure, and scalable.
• Define technical roadmaps, integration strategies, and modernization approaches for legacy systems.
• Oversee proof-of-concepts (POCs), reference architectures, and solution blueprints.
• Establish architecture standards, design patterns, and technical guidelines across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and industry best practices.
• Conduct architecture reviews, performance audits, and risk assessments.
• Mentor solution architects, developers, and engineering teams to ensure architectural alignment.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and product owners to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
