About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales Outreach Coordinator who’s proactive, resourceful, and driven to make an impact. In this role, you’ll connect with IT leaders across target organizations, nurture relationships, and support the creation of new business opportunities. You’ll collaborate closely with our U.S. Client Engagement Manager , marketing, and internal teams to build meaningful client connections.
Key Responsibilities :
Review and organize validated IT contact lists from the internal prospecting team.
Coordinate with marketing to align outreach with ongoing campaigns.
Create personalized outreach emails and call scripts tailored to client needs.
Execute multi-channel outreach (email, voicemail, LinkedIn, and invites).
Log all activities and updates in JobDiva for visibility and progress tracking.
Nurture warm leads and schedule client meetings or requirement discussions.
Partner with the U.S. Client Engagement Manager to transition high-value opportunities.
Requirements :
3+ years of experience in sales outreach, lead generation, or inside sales (preferably in IT staffing or services).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for personalization.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools (JobDiva preferred) and LinkedIn.
Strong multitasking, follow-up, and documentation skills.
A self-driven, collaborative mindset with focus on results and learning.
