Environmental Governance Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Compliance Specialist to join our global team. Based in Hyderabad, this role supports and ensures the company’s adherence to ESG standards and regulatory requirements across diverse regions, including North America, Latin America, Europe, EMEA, and India. The specialist will play a critical role in driving sustainable business practices and reporting, aligning with global ESG frameworks and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant ESG regulations and standards across all operating regions.
• Develop, implement, and maintain ESG policies and procedures consistent with international frameworks (e.G., GRI, SASB, TCFD).
• Conduct ESG risk assessments and audits to identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with regional and functional teams to integrate ESG criteria into business operations and decision-making.
• Prepare and submit ESG compliance reports to regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with evolving global and local ESG regulations and best practices.
• Support training and awareness programs to promote ESG compliance with culture within the organization.
• Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory agencies on ESG matters.
• Assist in sustainability reporting, disclosures, and benchmarking against industry standards.

Qualifications
