Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Java Trainer. The Java Trainer will be responsible for creating and delivering training materials, conducting offline / virtual training sessions, and providing mentorship to learners. The Java Trainer will also assess learner's performance, offer constructive feedback, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest Java technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Java programming and related frameworks

Experience in developing training materials and delivering training sessions

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to assess and provide feedback on learners' performance

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to evolving technologies

Experience in a similar training role or educational background in Computer Science or related field

Ability to work independently and remotely

Familiarity with virtual training tools and platforms
