Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller, located in Chennai. The Telecaller will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, negotiating rates and assisting with freight and logistics requirements. Additionally, the role includes providing real-time updates to customers, generating leads, maintaining accurate call logs, and following up on potential customer inquiries. The objective is to ensure excellent customer service and optimize operational efficiency.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience / Education in logistics or freight management is a plus
• Ability to speak multiple languages is an advantage (Tamil / Hindi / English)
