Job descriptionLead end-to-end implementations and optimization of SuiteProjects for project accounting, billing automation, and resource management. Configure project templates, approval workflows, and billing rules to align with client requirements. Support project profitability tracking , timesheet automation , and resource planning . Collaborate with finance and delivery teams to ensure accurate project costing and invoicing. #SuiteProjects #PSA #ProjectAccounting #TimesheetManagement Implement and optimize CRM functionalities — lead management, opportunity tracking, and customer lifecycle workflows. Customize CRM dashboards, reports, and automation to improve sales pipeline visibility and customer engagement . Ensure seamless integration of CRM with Finance and Project Management modules. Provide ongoing support to sales teams for process improvements and best practices. #NetSuiteCRM #SalesAutomation #CustomerEngagement #LeadManagement Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting using NetSuite FP&A tools. Configure and manage core financial modules (GL, AP / AR, Fixed Assets, Revenue Recognition). Develop custom reports, dashboards, and KPIs for real-time business insights. Collaborate with leadership teams to drive data-driven decision-making and improve financial visibility. #FP&A #NetSuiteFinance #Budgeting #Forecasting #FinancialAnalysis Conduct business requirement workshops , gap analysis , and process documentation . Translate client needs into detailed functional specifications and work with technical teams for implementation. Deliver user training , documentation, and post-go-live support . Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend NetSuite automation and workflow enhancements . Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Information Systems . CA, CPA, CMA, or similar professional qualification will be a strong advantage. Minimum 7 years of experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant . Deep understanding of at least one of the following NetSuite modules : SuiteProjects / Professional Services Automation (PSA) CRM / Sales Automation Finance & FP&A (Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Reporting) Proven ability to gather business requirements , perform fit-gap analysis , and configure NetSuite accordingly. Strong communication , analytical , and problem-solving skills. Exposure to multiple NetSuite modules (SuiteProjects, CRM, Finance). Hands-on experience with SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, or Advanced Reporting . Familiarity with integration tools such as SuiteTalk, RESTlets, Celigo, or Boomi . NetSuite Certifications – ERP Consultant, SuiteFoundation, Financial User. Prior experience working with global teams or multi-entity environments . Understanding of data migration and system optimization best practices . The ideal candidates will combine strong business acumen with deep NetSuite functional knowledge to deliver scalable, high-performance systems that drive business efficiency and strategic growth.
