Role Summary
The Emotional Wellness & Behavior Intern supports Listen Aura's work in emotional wellbeing, empathetic communication, and behavior-based insights. This role is ideal for psychology students who enjoy understanding people and want real-world experience in applied psychology and emotional support.
You will contribute to observing emotional patterns, assisting with training modules, interacting with people online and offline, and helping create emotionally safe experiences for our community.

Key Responsibilities
Observe emotional and communication behavior ethically and non-intrusivelyAssist in developing and refining psychology-based training modulesInteract with users, listeners, and trainees in both online and offline settingsSupport emotional wellness initiatives, workshops, and community activitiesPrepare behavioral insights, weekly summaries, and reflective notesMaintain accurate documentation, logs, and training-related recordsConduct research on emotional intelligence, communication patterns, and behavior trendsContribute to wellbeing content for internal or community useQualifications Skills

Students pursuing Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Human Development, or related fieldsExperience
Prior experience in volunteering, peer support, community work, or emotional wellness programs is helpful but not requiredAdditional (Optional) Strengths
