We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) Consultant with strong functional expertise in core HR modules and business processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP HCM modules such as PA (Personnel Administration), OM (Organizational Management), Time Management, Payroll, and ESS / MSS , preferably in an S / 4HANA environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and support SAP HCM implementations, rollouts, and support projects .
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP HCM configurations.
• Configure and maintain Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM) structures.
• Manage Time Management, Attendance, Leave, and Absence processes.
• Support Payroll configuration, schema modifications, and integration with FI / CO.
• Integrate SAP HCM with other modules such as FI, CO, and SuccessFactors .
• Handle data migration , testing, and issue resolution during project phases.
• Provide end-user training, documentation , and post-go-live support .
• Support ESS / MSS functionalities and enhance user experience.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, audit, and statutory requirements.
