We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) Consultant with strong functional expertise in core HR modules and business processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP HCM modules such as PA (Personnel Administration), OM (Organizational Management), Time Management, Payroll, and ESS / MSS , preferably in an S / 4HANA environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and support SAP HCM implementations, rollouts, and support projects .
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP HCM configurations.
- Configure and maintain Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM) structures.
- Manage Time Management, Attendance, Leave, and Absence processes.
- Support Payroll configuration, schema modifications, and integration with FI / CO.
- Integrate SAP HCM with other modules such as FI, CO, and SuccessFactors .
- Handle data migration , testing, and issue resolution during project phases.
- Provide end-user training, documentation , and post-go-live support .
- Support ESS / MSS functionalities and enhance user experience.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, audit, and statutory requirements.
Technical & Functional Skills :
Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM configuration and support (8+ years).In-depth knowledge of PA, OM, Time, and Payroll modules.Experience with Indian Payroll (INPY) or Global Payroll preferred.Familiar with Integration to SAP FICO and SuccessFactors .Understanding of Personnel Actions, Infotypes, Work Schedules, and Schemas .Experience in data migration (LSMW) and reporting tools .Exposure to SAP Fiori and S / 4HANA HCM environments is a plus.Skills Required
