🚀 Hiring : Senior AI Technical Lead / Architect | Generative AI | Immediate Joiner

🕒 Experience : Total 5 to 8 Years (3+ YEARS in AI / ML , 2+ years hands on in GenAI / LLM Systems)

🏢 Employment Type : Full-time , Immediate Joiner

📍 Location : Remote can be considered if canddiate is ready for infrequent travel. Bangalore / Mumbai / Gurgaon are preferred.

We are looking for a visionary and hands-on Senior AI Technical Lead / Architect to spearhead our client's Generative AI initiatives, focusing on conversational bot development, LLM prompt engineering, and scalable AI-driven solutions. If you’re passionate about building cutting-edge GenAI systems that redefine human–AI interaction, this role is for you.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

AI & GenAI Development

  • Design & implement scalable GenAI architectures for conversational bots and intelligent agents.
  • Define workflows for conversational agents across diverse business use cases.
  • Architect solutions for multi-modal AI (text, image, voice) and RAG systems.
  • Integrate bots across channels like WhatsApp, Instagram, websites, and mobile apps.

Prompt Engineering

  • Build and optimize advanced LLM prompt strategies for high-quality, context-aware responses.
  • Create reusable prompt libraries and internal frameworks.
  • Evaluate prompts using metrics such as coherence, relevance, and factuality.

    • Architecture & Systems

  • Strong understanding of microservices, APIs, Kubernetes, and multi-layered architecture.
  • Experience with multi-channel integrations (WhatsApp, Instagram, facebook).
  • Handle data integration, session management, and performance optimization across devices.
  • Contribute to smooth and automated release processes.

    • Technical Leadership

  • Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and designers.
  • Drive sprint planning, technical roadmap, and code reviews.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and alignment.
  • Training, RAG & Data Pipelines
  • Work on data identification, versioning, and ingestion for RAG pipelines.
  • Build automation pipelines for RAG database ingestion.
  • Manage data migration, validation, security, and encryption.

    • 🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education : Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, AI / ML, Data Science, or related field.

    • Technical Expertise

  • 3+ years in AI / ML development with 2+ years hands on in GenAI / LLM systems.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers.
  • Experience with bot frameworks (RASA, BotPress, or similar).
  • Deep understanding of NLP, embeddings, vector databases, LLMs.
  • Experience with Azure Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Solid programming expertise, especially in Python.
