Role Description

We’re seeking a Photoshop powerhouse with a strong command of AI image tools to craft cinematic visuals, key art, and high-impact campaign imagery. In this role, you’ll ideate, design, and deliver movie posters, composites, and polished photo edits that elevate brand and film narratives. You’ll collaborate closely with our strategy and design teams to translate concepts into striking visuals—optimized for both print and digital.

This is a hands-on role for a detail-obsessed creative who thrives on speed, quality, and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Design cinematic movie posters, key art, thumbnails, and campaign visuals.
• Perform advanced Photoshop work : compositing, retouching, color grading, lighting, and cleanup.
• Use AI tools (Midjourney / Firefly / DALL
• E / Leonardo or similar) to generate concepts, enhance scenes, and extend backgrounds.
• Develop visual treatments, mood boards, and style frames that align with brand / film direction.
• Prepare print-ready files (posters, standees) and digital-ready assets (social, web, decks).
• Maintain asset libraries, PSD hygiene, and version control.
• Collaborate with copy / strategy to ensure story-first visuals and consistency across touchpoints.
• Optimize workflows to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
