We are looking for a dynamic and business-savvy Product Manager (Non-Tech) to drive strategic initiatives and optimize product performance from a market, customer, and process perspective.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end product lifecycle, improving customer experience, aligning cross-functional teams, and contributing to business growth-without direct ownership of technical development.
This role is ideal for professionals with a background in business operations, strategy, sales enablement, customer success, marketing, or process improvement who are looking to move into or expand their impact in product management.
Key Responsibilities :
Define and maintain product vision and roadmap in alignment with business goals
Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitor analysis to inform strategy
Gather and prioritize business and user requirements from internal stakeholders and end users
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, operations, sales, and customer success to execute product initiatives
Drive go-to-market strategy and product launch plans in coordination with marketing and sales
Analyze product performance using KPIs and customer feedback to inform enhancements and optimizations
Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and operational efficiency
Own documentation such as user stories, requirement briefs, product decks, and customer journeys
Act as the voice of the customer and ensure alignment across departments on product goals
Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and internal policy requirements for product offerings
Required Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in product management or related roles (e.g., operations, customer success, strategy)
Strong understanding of product lifecycle, go-to-market strategies, and customer experience principles
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly organized with strong project management skills
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret business metrics and customer insights
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Notion, Trello, Airtable, or Asana
