We are seeking an experienced and visionary Training Head to lead and manage our Industrial Training Programs for students, interns, and professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating industry-relevant training modules that align with the company's objectives and current market trends. You will oversee end-to-end training operations and ensure delivery of high-quality, hands-on learning experiences in technical and professional domains.
Key Responsibilities :
Design and develop industrial training curriculum tailored for engineering, IT, and vocational streams.
Coordinate with industry experts, project managers, and technical leads to create relevant, real-world training modules.
Manage end-to-end training lifecycle — planning, scheduling, delivery, feedback, and reporting.
Recruit, manage, and mentor a team of trainers, instructors, and subject matter experts.
Ensure the training infrastructure (labs, tools, software licenses) is maintained and updated regularly.
Establish strong partnerships with academic institutions and industry bodies to attract trainees and ensure placement support.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs, feedback, and assessments.
Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and certification requirements to keep the training relevant.
Drive digital transformation of training via LMS platforms, online workshops, and hybrid models.
Handle budgets, compliance, documentation, and certifications related to training programs.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management, or related field.
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in training, L&D, or academic management, preferably in an industrial / technical environment.
Proven leadership experience in managing large-scale training programs and teams.
Strong understanding of current industry practices in manufacturing, IT services, embedded systems, or related areas.
Excellent communication, presentation, and people management skills.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning tools is a plus.
Preferred Skills :
Certification in Instructional Design, Train-the-Trainer (TTT), or similar is an advantage.
Experience working with government-sponsored training programs (e.g., NSDC, Skill India) is desirable.
Knowledge of compliance standards like ISO, OSHA, or QMS in training setups is a plus.
Passion for mentoring and upskilling youth in emerging technologies.
