Position Overview :
The Sales Executive / Business Development Executive is a frontline role responsible for direct sales, lead conversion, and customer relationship management in real estate projects. Reporting to the Assistant Sales Manager / Team Leader, this role is primarily focused on interacting with potential buyers, conducting property site visits, negotiating deals, and closing sales while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
In the real estate industry, this position plays a critical role in driving bookings, achieving sales targets, and building brand credibility through direct customer engagement and collaboration with brokers / channel partners.Role & responsibilities
