We are looking to hire a MIS Executive-Recruitment who has experience in MIS, Google Sheets. Excel, Power BI and generating reports and creating dashboards in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.

: Pune

: Remote (Should be flexible if called to office)

Work Timings

: 6.30pm - 3.30am (Night Shift)

Job Summary :

The Recruitment MIS Executive is responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting data related to recruitment activities. The role involves maintaining accurate databases, generating dashboards, supporting hiring teams with analytics, and ensuring smooth data flow across HR systems to enhance decision-making and process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

Collect, compile, and maintain recruitment data from various sources (ATS, Excel sheets, HRMS, job portals, etc.).

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment dashboards and MIS reports for management review.

Track open positions, hiring status, and recruitment performance metrics (e.g., TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness).

Analyze data trends to identify gaps and recommend improvements in the hiring process.

Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure timely and accurate data updates.

Support HR audits and compliance by maintaining organized recruitment documentation.

Automate and optimize reporting templates for efficiency using Excel (pivot tables, macros, VLOOKUP, etc.) or BI tools.

Assist in manpower planning and forecasting based on recruitment data.

Key Skills Required :

Advanced proficiency in

MS Excel

(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts, Dashboards).

Experience in

HR MIS / Recruitment analytics / Data reporting.

Knowledge of

Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

and HR software preferred.

Strong analytical, numerical, and presentation skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.

Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Qualifications & Experience :

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.

Experience :

3–7 years in recruitment operations, HR reporting, or MIS roles.

Tools Preferred :

Excel,Google Sheets (Mandatory) Power BI (Good to have)
