Job description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Online Mathematics and Reasoning tutoring for students aged 8 to 16-year, in the UK
  • The teaching mode is online, so a digital pen tablet is a must
  • Prepare tuition efficiently in Mathematics and Reasoning subjects
  • Develop and review the Mathematics and Reasoning content for the website
  • Design and develop electronic teaching material, lecture notes, homework, and monthly assessments to evaluate the performance of students
  • Deliver online lessons.
  • Teach creatively, adapting to the needs of a variety of learners, and be willing to explore new teaching and learning strategies
  • Have experience in dealing with unmotivated students
  • Engage and inspire students using a wide variety of teaching resources and techniques
  • Prepare and mark homework for students
  • Provide feedback to students in a positive manner
  • Be good at communicating with people, both parents and students
  • Managing and reviewing the other team members' work and efficiency
  • Managing, scheduling, and planning various projects that will propel the company's growth
  • The candidate should be flexible with timings and should adapt to different work situations

Desired Candidate Profile :

  • Greater than 2 Years work experience is preferred.
  • 10th and 12th Overall score above 90% (must)
  • An undergraduate degree in Engineering, Maths, or Physics (must)
  • Backlogs & CGPA don't matter, as long as you successfully ace the three interview rounds and undergo the training period
  • Previous teaching experience is a plus point
  • The candidate must have excellent command over Spoken and Written English
  • The candidate is meant to be punctual, diligent, move along with the remote team, have good managerial skills, and finish the assigned tasks on time

  • Round 1 - Profile Shortlist
  • Round 2 - Aptitude Test
  • Round 3 - Personal Interview : The ideal candidate is expected to have good communication skills, phone manners, and etiquette.

    • Note : As this is remote work, the candidate should be open to sharing his / her screen during the work timings. We will have frequent team meetings. The candidate must have 2 high-speed internet connections, a high-end laptop with updated software, Power backup & Digital Pen Tablet.

    Training Period :

    A candidate who clears the above three rounds needs to undergo an unpaid Two-week training period with our team to understand the UK curriculum, the education & culture of people here in the UK.

    Perks and benefits :

    Salary : INR 35,000 - 50,000 per calendar month

    Location : This is a Work from Home job

    Work Timings : Friday to Wednesday (Thursdays Off) 10 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM (UK Time Zone)
