Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle and prioritize all incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, and mail).
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure all required materials are ready.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data analysis.
Maintain office supplies and oversee general office operations.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders as required.
Provide administrative support to the executive team and perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
Female candidates preferred.
Prior experience in a similar role is desirable.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
