Senior Operations Manager

Responsibilities include :

• Overseeing receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Managing inbound and outbound shipments, coordinating with 3PL.
• Implementing and monitoring warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Maintaining accurate inventory levels.
• Implementing warehouse improvement initiatives.
• RTO and customer return SLA management.
• Identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Monitoring 3PL performance and freight reconciliation.
• Identifying correct packaging and maintaining packaging inventory.
• Team hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
• Preparing and sharing reports with stakeholders.
