Key Responsibilities

1) Financial Reporting & Compliance

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements as per IND-AS and other applicable standards.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI (LODR), Companies Act, and other statutory requirements for listed companies.
• Coordinate with statutory, internal, and secretarial auditors for smooth audit closure and timely resolution of audit queries.
• Ensure accurate and timely filing of all regulatory returns and disclosures.
