Must-Have

DP Administration :

Resources having various middleware administrator such as IBM APIC V5, WebSphere Data power XI50 XI52, IDG, X2, WebSphere Application Server (6.1, 7.0 ).

Firm Ware Upgrade :

Must have knowledge Firmware upgradation and degradation.

Troubleshooting :

Experienced in problem tracing, log management, scripting to invocate problem determination and involved diagnostic traces, trace route and debug probe for DataPower

Good-to-Have :

• Should have sound knowledge services like : web,mpgw,xml etc.
• Worked in various environments such as AIX and Linux .
• Working knowledge of fix packs, cumulative fixes, Firmware and flip modules.
• Creation of User, domain etc.
• Ssl renewal process.
• Device initialization.
• Backup and restore .
• Working knowledge various ITIL Tools like snow and Jira tools etc.
• Opened PMR’s with IBM to solve various issues related to the environment
• DataPower DR exercise for Cluster recovery worst case scenario for availability with minimal resources
