Solution Architect – Experience Cloud

• 8 to 12 Years of Experience
• Position Overview
• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect specializing in Experience Cloud to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 12 years of industry experience, with a proven track record in designing and implementing robust Experience Cloud solutions that drive customer engagement, personalization, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Key Responsibilities
• Lead the architectural design, development, and deployment of Experience Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to gather requirements, define solution architectures, and deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Develop and document high-level and detailed solution architectures, including integration with other enterprise platforms and third-party systems.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee the configuration, customization, and optimization of Experience Cloud features such as digital experiences, portals, communities, and content management.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with relevant standards and regulations.
• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and performance tuning to ensure optimal delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest Experience Cloud capabilities, industry trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Support pre-sales activities, including solution presentations, estimations, and proposal development.
• Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8 to 12 years of professional experience in IT, with a minimum of 5 years architecting and implementing Experience Cloud solutions (Salesforce Experience Cloud or similar platforms).
• Strong understanding of Experience Cloud features, architecture, and integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks.
• Expertise in designing secure, scalable, and high-performance digital experiences.
• Experience integrating Experience Cloud with CRM, ERP, and other enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and data integration tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is preferred.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect) are a plus.
• Preferred Skills
• Experience with other cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
• Familiarity with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
