Senior Legal Advisor

Our client, a leading multinational company is hiring a Senior Legal Counsel with 8-15 years of experience based in Chennai.

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong expertise in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial terms, purchase orders, letters of credit, EPC contracts, O&M contracts.
• Prior experience in power generation, construction, manufacturing, oil & gas, or related heavy-industry environments is highly desirable.
• Ability to support corporate governance documentation, compliance due diligence, and coordination with global legal and finance stakeholders.
• Proficiency in managing centralized contracting processes and contract management tools is an advantage.
