Principal UI / UX Designer (Design Strategy + Project Lead)

Location : Remote

About the Role

We’re looking for a Principal UI / UX Designer who’s not just a doer, but a creative thinker and design leader . Someone who can connect strategy with visuals — from crafting smart user journeys to delivering stunning, functional interfaces.

You’ll work closely with the Founder / Design Director to lead, design, and manage multiple digital products and campaigns — bringing structure, creativity, and speed to every project.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end design — UX strategy, wireframes, UI design, and delivery.
  • Shape design direction and ensure brand consistency across projects.
  • Turn ideas into clear, actionable design plans and timelines.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and development teams.
  • Use tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, Canva, Notion , and AI tools (ChatGPT, Figma AI, Midjourney).
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring quality, clarity, and timely delivery.

What You Bring

  • 4–8 years of experience in UI / UX or product design.
  • Strong grasp of both UI and UX — and how they work together.
  • Hands-on in Figma and familiar with design systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and passionate about creating meaningful user experiences.
  • A creative mind that can think beyond tasks and lead design strategy.
