we're building the future of enterprise AI infrastructure for the world from India. We have our initial products developed (a real-time Vector Database, an AI Memory System and an Unstructured to structured ETL process, all natively integrated). We just started with our GTM as well. We're now looking to on-board a seasoned technical co-founder to take our product offerings forward.

Responsibilities

Initially it'll be mainly coding and making every code work perfectly.

Extending functionalities of the Vector Database

Working on multiple benchmarks

Creating server-less versions of our product offerings

Researching functionalities and libraries that can enhance our offerings.

Improving upon the performance and both space and time complexity

Providing Technical strategic guidance and leadership

What can work better for us

What partnerships can help us do better

Publishing research papers

Hiring and mentoring Technical talent.

Will evolve as the company evolves.

Mandatory Skills

Hands on technical professional.

Must be a veteran in

C++

and

Python .

Must have strong experience as a full-stack ( javascript ) developer.

Knows how to use AI and when to use AI.

Must be comfortable creating IaC for on-click deployments.

Must have experience with multiple cloud systems, AWS, GCP, Azure etc.

Strong articulation skill.

Education

At least a Computer Science graduate from top tier institute (IIT or NIT).

Master degree and Phd holders will given preference.

Experience

We're looking for someone with at least 8 years of professional hands on technical experience. Startup experience would be a bonus.

IMPORTANT NOTES

This is a equity only role, equity to be offered is 3% - 7% but can be negotiated.
