Rs. 20,000 per month in hand for the initial 6 months

Rs. 25,000 per month after the initial 6 months

We are seeking a talented and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our start up.

We are passionate about building long-term brand equity and delivering exceptional value to our customers.

As a Customer Service Representative you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers and a key support for our Sales team. You'll play a central role in ensuring smooth, accurate, and friendly communication across phone, email, web, and social media channels.

From answering service and product questions and processing orders to resolving issues and coordinating with other teams, you'll help ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to excellent service. You'll be focused on making each customer experience a positive one.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries around service and product availability, deliveries, and general information in a timely and helpful manner.
• Accurately process customer orders and ensure all details are handled with attention and care.
• Develop strong knowledge of our service and product range, promotions, and new launches to confidently support and advise customers.
• Navigate and utilise CRM platforms (such as Salesforce) and logistics / order management systems efficiently.
• Investigate and process customer claims with thoroughness and efficiency.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of all customer interactions in Salesforce.
