Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Accountant with a proven track record in the construction industry to handle day-to-day accounting operations, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and support project cost tracking. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple project accounts simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities :

Maintain accurate books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards.

Handle accounts payable and receivable , bank reconciliation, and vendor payments.

Manage project-wise cost tracking , budgeting, and expense monitoring.

Prepare and maintain cash flow statements, ledgers, and MIS reports .

Coordinate with procurement and project teams for material & labour billing .

Ensure GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance , including timely filing of returns.

Support internal and external audits with accurate documentation.

Reconcile supplier & subcontractor accounts and resolve discrepancies.

Assist management in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports .

Key Requirements :

Mandatory : Prior experience in Construction / Infrastructure company.

Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / accounting software .

Sound understanding of project accounting & costing methods .

Good knowledge of taxation (GST, TDS) & statutory compliance .

Excellent MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
