Key Responsibilities :

Market and lease luxury residential units to prospective tenants through various channels (online listings, referrals, site visits).

Conduct property tours and highlight key features and benefits to potential tenants.

Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.

Screen applicants, process rental applications, and verify documentation.

Negotiate lease terms and prepare lease agreements in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Maintain accurate records of leasing activity, occupancy rates, and tenant communications.

Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures, including inspections and documentation.

Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure units are ready for occupancy.

Stay updated on market trends, rental rates, and competitor offerings.

Assist in planning and executing leasing promotions and marketing campaigns.
