• Oracle E Business Payroll Experience in Oracle Fusion Payroll Migration from Oracle E-Business Payroll to Oracle Fusion Payroll. Payroll Functional Expertise :
• Payroll Setup & Configuration
• Defining payrolls, elements, input values, balances, and fast formulas.
• Payroll Process Execution
• Managing payroll run, pre-payment, costing, retro-pay, quick pay, and reconciliation. Understanding of statutory rules.
• Core HR and Payroll Integration Designing or validating ‘Payroll Fast Formulas’ for :
• Earnings and deductions
